In-ground Opening Labor $300 – $400 + tax

- Remove, wash, and fold pool cover
- Remove winterizing plugs and install return fittings and baskets
- Reinstall drain plugs, pressure gauge, and pump basket(s)
- Start filter system and make sure everything is in working order (if not in working order, you will be advised of necessary correction)
- Set timer and leave pump on if water in pool is up to operating level
- Install deck equipment (ladders, rails, diving boards, etc.)
- A double shock is included in the $300
- In-groundOpening Customer Responsibilities:
- If a customer has a solid cover, water and/or debris must be removed from the cover before the crew arrives.
- If a customer has a mesh cover, debris must be removed from the cover before the crew arrives.
- A pool must be filled to the middle of the skimmer before the crew arrives.
- If water or debris is not removed from the cover, an extra charge of $100 will be applied to drain the cover and remove debris.
- The crew must have access to water and electric.

- * Price varies depending on how much debris is on the bottom of the pool. Price will be determined upon arrival
- Most pools will take up to a week to clear up
- Skim the surface of the water
- Brush the walls, floor, steps, ladder, and skimmer(s)
- Vacuum the pool with our mobile pump to waste
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Backwash filter and add filter media such as D.E. if needed
- Adjust chlorinator settings and timer as needed
- Inspection of the filter system and pool for issues and potential problems then make repair suggestions
- Test water
- Add necessary chemicals as agreed upon (we add your chemicals or chemicals from our truck after your approval for an additional fee)
One-Time Cleaning Labor $165/hour + tax
- Skim the surface of the water
- Brush the walls, floor, steps, ladder, and skimmer(s)
- Vacuum the pool with our mobile pump to waste
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Backwash filter and add filter media such as D.E. if needed
- Adjust chlorinator settings and timer as needed
- Inspection of the filter system and pool for issues and potential problems then make repair suggestions

Weekly Maintenance Labor $80 – $120 Per Visit + tax

- NO CONTRACT NEEDED – we bill every visit
- Skim the surface of the water
- Brush the walls, floor, steps, ladder, and skimmer
- Vacuum the pool with the customer’s filter system using our vacuum equipment
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Backwash filter when needed and add filter media such as D.E. if needed
- Adjust chlorinator settings and timer as needed
- Inspection of the filter system and pool for issues and potential problems then make repair suggestions
- Test water
- Add necessary chemicals as agreed upon (we add your chemicals or chemicals from our truck after your approval for an additional fee)
In-ground Closing Labor $300 – $400 + tax

- Clean filter grids/cartridges if necessary
- Remove deck equipment (ladders, rails, diving boards, etc.)
- Blow out lines
- Remove return fittings and skimmer baskets
- Plug returns and skimmers
- Winterize filter system (Remove drain plugs, pressure gauge, sight glass, and filter cap)
- Make sure all electric and gas is turned off to the filter system
- Cover pool
- In-ground Closing Customer Responsibilities:
- Before arrival, customer must drain pool 6 inches below the bottom of the skimmer. If we arrive and the pool is not drained to the appropriate level, a fee of $100 will be charged extra for draining the pool.
- Customer must provide cover/safety cover. The cover must be accessible to the crew in order to cover the pool. If the cover is not a safety cover, customer must provide water tubes or request to buy water tubes from JMac Pools.
- Customer must provide correct plugs. If the plugs are not provided, we will add the required amount from our truck and charge extra on the closing.
- DISCLAIMER: If antifreeze or any other extra chemicals, such as winterizing chemicals, are needed, there will be additional fees added onto the price.

- Customer must provide correct plugs. If the plugs are not provided, we will add the required amount from our truck and charge extra on the closing.
